City West Motel has adopted the following policies, terms and conditions to assist us in providing you with our best service. We respectfully request that you adhere to these during & after your stay.

Arrival and Departure: Check-in time is from 12 pm, and check-out time is prior to 10 am. Early check-in requests will be accommodated, subject to availability. Please contact the reception staff for further information.

Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Sunday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. If the office is unattended, we are available by telephone at 08 8443 6449, all hours, 24/7.

Children: We welcome children of all ages. A baby cot is available on request (subject to availability.

Additional Guests: Unless otherwise specified, rates quoted are based on the number of people occupying the room (but only up to the maximum occupancy of the room). There is an additional charge for any additional guests beyond the number you were quoted.

Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Reservations Guarantee: To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked for your credit card number. All accommodation payments must be made in full upon arrival. Incidental charges must be paid for at the time they are incurred.  The provision of credit card details authorises the debit of any outstanding payment.

Cancellations: To cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hrs prior to our check-in time of 12 pm. Cancellations within this period will incur a cancellation fee equal to that of your first night of accommodation, which will be charged to your credit card. At the time of booking, you will be notified if a different cancellation period applies, e.g., group bookings and special event periods.

Shortened stay: After check-in, if you shorten your stay, you will be charged for a minimum of one night’s accommodation unless you give us 24 hrs’ notice.

Group Bookings: All group bookings require an email address and a credit card to confirm. The cancellation period will vary depending on the time of year. Check with reception staff for details.

Rates and Minimum Length of Stay Requirements: Our rates vary by the number of guests, during periods of high demand or major events, and by the type of booking. We may apply a surcharge or impose a minimum length-of-stay requirement. Our reception staff will advise you if this applies.

Smoking: We do not permit smoking in our guest rooms. There are plenty of areas around the grounds where smoking is permitted, and we ask that you dispose of your butts thoughtfully. A sanitation fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged if smoking has occurred in the room. The fee will be charged to your credit card.

On-site Parking: One space per room is available. Please discuss any vehicle requirements you may have when making your booking to ensure we can accommodate your vehicle.

Noise: For the comfort of other guests, we have a strict no noise policy after 10 pm.

No Party Policy: This policy is designed to ensure that all our guests can enjoy their time with us without being inconvenienced by the noise and actions of others. Any guest failing to comply with this may be asked to leave without a refund.

Pets and Animals: We are unable to accommodate any pets or animals (with the exception of registered guide dogs for the sight- or hearing-impaired).

Video Surveillance: Our car park is fitted with security cameras to help us keep the motel grounds as safe as possible, but we accept no responsibility for goods left in your car.

Local Taxes: All guests are subject to a 10% Goods and Services Tax, which is included in any ancillary prices quoted.

Gratuities & Service Charges: Tips and gratuities to our team members are at the guest’s discretion, and we do not apply any compulsory service charges.

Special Assistance: We aim to accommodate guests with disabilities to the best of our ability. We have limited wheelchair access to rooms. Most areas of the motel are accessible to wheelchairs. Should you require special assistance, please discuss it when booking so we can assess whether you will be comfortable and we can accommodate you.

Communication & Privacy: Your personal information will be recorded and used only by authorised persons who are required to keep it private. We will never use retained information for any other purpose nor provide it to any other party without your prior permission, except where legally obliged to.
